1. What is the shipping time?
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days. We aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.
2. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 48 hours of receiving your order. To initiate a return, simply write to us at info@bowerfox.com, and we will process it within 24 hours, no questions asked. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
3. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available for returns within 48 hours of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you want.
5. What should I do if my product is damaged or faulty?
If your product is faulty or damaged, please write to us at info@bowerfox.com with photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a swap for you.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track its progress.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. Stay tuned for international shipping options in the future!

9. How do you give back to African communities?
We recently had our first trip to Africa. During our one month trip, we were able to help provide resources to local families, schools and help strengthen infastructure.
